The entrance to the Alcázar is nominative. Each entry corresponds to a person who identifies themselves with their ID or passport. It is essential that you bring the original document to the visit. The Alcázar does not accept changes or returns.
Reduced tickets for members of the European Union. Seniors and children will have to be accredited with an original ID or passport. Otherwise, the monument may deny entry.
