With your official guide, you will discover that the Santa Cruz neighborhood housed one of the most important Jewish quarters in Spain, the second largest after Toledo, whose irregular street layout still preserves the spirit of that era. Today, it is also one of the favorite neighborhoods for locals to go for tapas and stroll.
The route brings us to the foot of the city’s most iconic monumental complex: the Royal Alcázar, the oldest operating royal palace in Europe and setting for the series “Game of Thrones,” and the Seville Cathedral, the third-largest cathedral in the world, which together with its Giralda and the General Archive of the Indies form a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The itinerary ends at one of the city’s most iconic monuments: the Plaza de España. Located in María Luisa Park, it is undoubtedly the most impressive square in Spain, setting for famous films such as Star Wars.
